Hey Caren-
Thanks I actually do it dark most of the time when I color it but it fades. She didn't do it really dark last time so I had Julia make it darker.
Thanks.

Tabata will kick your butt ;)
Just google Tabata to learn about the man Mr. Tabata who started it all.

Hi Cat!

I love the new color in your hair...actually I love the way your hair looks always. I used to have pink in my hair...loved it...will do it again when it's finally longer.

Do you do the color yourself?

Crazy blog. It's cool that you are into CrossFit. I have a buddy who's a big runner and is starting to become interested in it, but it's been hard for him to detach himself from the runs. I'd love to see the whole running/triathlon/marathon community try it out. How'd you find out about CF?

Catra, we love reading your blog! You are inspiring! Question: how do continue to run all of your daily big mileage and so many 100 mile races? Girl, how do you recover??? What do you eat??? Inquiring minds want to know! I have also noticed you have lots of shoes (I love shoes!) - do you have favorites? Have fun in Tahoe this weekend - we will be cheering for you! :-)
