New Tattoos. It will take two more sittings to finish them. They are day of the dead figures. One is celebrating the goth in me the other the more colorful side of me. Once they are colored they will be perfect!!!

I'm off to Utah. Have a great weekend.

Wisdom card....
My spirtitual growth comes to me in way I don't quite expect. I know I am always safe.

Have a great Day!!!

Catra, you stole my tattoo idea! Well, actually, you didn't but I wish I had thought of that.
I'm working on the courage to get an Aztec fertility symbol. But it's taking a lot of working up.

Those are awesome!

Hey FM-

Don't be afraid. It really doesn't hurt that bad. Just do it and don't think about it!!!!

Hey SN-

Thanks I had a blast. The Wasatch mountains are very special to me. During the race in 2002 the year my Mom past away, she came to me on that trail when I was having a very tough time. She is why I have run that race every year since 2002. I will continue to run that race every year with her by my side.

Hi Miki-

I don't have my log book in front of me but over 3,000 miles this year. I usually run close to 4,500-5,000 mile each year.

Catra! What's up. I am on my trip and left without your number so couldnt call you back. It is remote out here on the 'Great Divide Trail', the closest thing you can do to hiking while still being on a bike. We love it. My riding partner keeps his blog more updated then mine, so check it out at thesteevo.blogspot.com . Your running is so motivating. Keep it up!
