WST 100 is one week away!!! Out on one of my last long training runs. Me and Jerry who will be pacing me the last 55 miles on my double WST. He will also crew me on the way back to Forest hill school. Without good friends like Jerry attempting a double would be impossible!!!

Love your blog. Good luck at States from a fellow Fremont resident and (very recent) ultrarunner. Finsihing 100 still seems so far away for me, but a double! That's awesome!!

I am looking forward to hearing about your double. I actually found myself disappointed that WS100 coincides with LGBT pride here in NY. I'll miss out on tracking a good lot of it.

You seem ready to go get 'em, missy!

Catra,

I'd love to run with you guys sometime. I often run the trails around Mission Peak on weekends (like today) since they are only about 4 miles from my front door. As long as you understand that I am fairly slow and still consider a 3 hour run to be relatively long :-).

p.s. I'll be doing a MUCH shorter double at the Double Dipsea next weekend while you're doing your WST Double. I just realised that a WST Double is more than a Double Dipsea squared! My head hurts...

Hey Catra, I've enjoyed reading your blog. Quite inspiring. Good luck on the WS100. I'm hoping to make WS next year. But for this year I'll cheer you on at Rucky Chucky. This is the second year I'm working the boats getting you warriors across the river.

Cheers,
Steve
