Jumping for joy..I'm happy to feel good again. Yesterday I was a totally differant person. I was so weak I just laid around all day after my ordeal. Today I went out at 5pm for a mellow hike/run. I went 5 miles. The doctor told me to take it easy. And I did. I'm thankful to be healthy & alive.

so you might do Javelina this year? Johnny and I were thinking about volunteering (maybe even bring Ash), so we might see you!

Yeah, I need to sign up. I was going to go to Nepal in October. but I'm saving that money for next year to go to France and run Mont-blanc race. I need to save money since I'm going to fast pack the PCT, finally in 2007 too.
